What is Specialist Project Management - Product & Platforms?

Specialist Project Management - Product & Platforms will be involved in data analysis to deep-dive and find out opportunities for process improvement. The key purpose of the role is to have a person able to coordinate with all B2B stakeholders for day-to-day PMO-related operations and analyze channel complaints and support to perform RCA along with resolution. Perform UATs as per Product configurations or Project specifications, coordinate with Tech and vendor teams, prepare testing results, and develop operational manual documents when needed.

This position will provide substantive support to Head PMO.

The position will also work on the digitalization of the existing processes, research, design, and develop processes to optimize the customer journey. Write product-related communication for NWD teams on behalf of PMO. Prepare PMO monthly performance and reporting for CMM will be managed by this position

What Does Specialist Project Management - Product & Platforms do?

• Quickly understand the business environment and processes, and engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Data analysis to deep-dive and discover process improvement opportunities

• Prepare PMO monthly performance and reporting for CMM
• Analyze channel complaints and identify the system & process-level issues
• Manage and respond day to day PMO related queries/emails
• Ensuring the TAT for all B2B operational processes and agreeing on SLAs among all cross-functional teams under B2B Domain
• Write product-related communications for the NWD team
• Assist PMO team in UATs when needed
• Support stakeholders (Tech, Commercial, CX, Regulatory, etc.) for service \ product complaints
• Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the internal/external stakeholders.

• Analyze & optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency & reduce process-related costs as well as time
• System based Knowledge building of team members and employees through training and development programs for better hand holding
• Assist training for NWD Biz Teams, equipping them with Product, Processes, and Systems knowledge.
• Writing business requirements, change requests, and requests for proposals

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelors\Master’s Degree from a recognized institution
• 3+ years of relevant experience in using CRM, BSS, conducting UATs, implementing of business processes and business process re-engineering
• Business process improvement

• Basic understanding of telecom systems (IN/HLR/VLR)
• CRM, Billing Systems (Online & Offline Charging)
• Web Apps/Application Service Flow/API Integrations
