What is Expert Digital Communication?

As the Expert Digital Communications at Jazz, you will drive impactful employee engagement and digital storytelling strategies that bring our ServiceCo vision to life. The role focuses on strengthening internal alignment, and transparency across all touchpoints, while also managing thought leadership and executive visibility across Jazz and Digital Pakistan platforms.

Your mission is to craft compelling content, lead internal campaigns, manage events, and evolve our digital communications strategy to inspire, inform, and activate our people. You will also support executive communication and cross-functional projects that influence how Jazz shows up internally and externally.

This role reports to Head of Digital and Internal Communications.

What does Expert Digital Communication do?

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Campaigns (40%)

• Plan and execute internal campaigns tied to business priorities, leadership messages, and employee engagement themes.
• Develop campaign goals, messaging, and activation plans across internal platforms (Workvivo, email, LinkedIn, newsletters).
• Partner with leadership and department focal persons to ensure alignment and participation.
• Track performance metrics, collect feedback, and iterate for impact.

2. Internal Events (25%)

• Lead the design and execution of events such as town halls, all-hands meetings, roadshows, and leadership touchpoints.
• Manage logistics, internal comms, post-event coverage, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Ensure events foster connection, clarity, and belonging across Jazz.

3. Employee Engagement (25%)

• Leverage multi-channel communications to build awareness and advocacy for company values and goals.
• Conduct audience segmentation and insight-gathering to inform messaging.
• Use emailers, Zoom Workvivo, newsletters, and informal campaigns to engage employees across levels.
• Monitor and improve employee sentiment through storytelling, feedback loops, and recognition programs.

4. Digital Communications Strategy (10%)

• Curate content for Jazz’s LinkedIn to drive thought leadership, ESG storytelling, and industry advocacy.
• Support CEO visibility on Instagram by managing a calendar, tone, and aesthetics aligned with the personal brand.
• Design data-backed storytelling formats (e.g., infographics, videos) that highlight Jazz’s impact on Pakistan’s digital economy.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital communications, internal communications, or brand storytelling in a fast-paced, impact-driven organization.
