B2B Marketing Communications at Jazz Business focuses on building trust and visibility for our enterprise technology portfolio. The function transforms complex product offerings into impactful, insight-driven communication that resonates with business audiences, drives engagement, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Manager with a strong grasp of marketing communications, brand strategy, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative storytelling and can manage multiple brand portfolios simultaneously.
You will be part of a 3-member core brand team, supported by CRM and digital marketing functions, and will report to the Head of Brands & Communications – Jazz Business.
The Brand Manager – Garaj, Quantica, C&IB, GSM & Fixed will lead end-to-end marketing and communication strategy for five key Jazz Business portfolios:
· Garaj Cloud
· Quantica
· C&IB
· GSM (Mobile Enterprise Solutions)
· Fixed Connectivity
This role focuses on driving brand consistency, campaign excellence, and customer-centric storytelling across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Requirements
· Develop and execute brand strategies for Garaj, GSM, and Fixed to strengthen market positioning and business relevance.
· Build a unified brand narrative that connects Jazz Business solutions under a single, value-driven identity.
· Translate business priorities and technology propositions into accessible, differentiated brand messaging.
· Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with sales, product, and vertical objectives.
· Lead creative development, agency management, and multi-channel rollout with focus on brand alignment and impact.
· Ensure campaigns are data-informed, with continuous optimization based on insights and performance metrics.
· Lead the creation of brand and product content for digital, PR, and offline channels — including social media, events, and executive communications.
· Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all assets and touchpoints.
· Support thought leadership through articles, customer stories, and industry narratives that reinforce brand authority.
· Define KPIs, track performance, and prepare dashboards for key brand and campaign initiatives.
· Analyze engagement metrics to derive actionable insights for optimizing ROI and communication strategy.
· Champion data-driven decision-making across all marketing touchpoints.
· Drive lead generation and customer engagement through campaigns, webinars, and vertical-specific activations.
· Partner with CRM and Sales teams to design nurturing journeys and engagement programs for enterprise clients.
· Integrate brand communication with product-led growth and event marketing initiatives.
· Promote understanding of Garaj, GSM, and Fixed offerings across Jazz Business to strengthen internal alignment and advocacy.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Corporate Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling.
· Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity across all communications.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
6–8 years in brand management, B2B marketing, or communications—preferably within telecom, tech, or SaaS sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong understanding of integrated marketing communication principles.
· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and apply campaign insights.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytics tools, and presentation design.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects effectively.
· Creative problem-solver with strategic business acumen and attention to detail.
