What is Stream Head Channel & Enterprise Planning?

This is a strategy and planning leadership role that sits at the heart of JazzCash’s B2B business. Stream Head will be the nerve center for enterprise business planning, responsible for setting the direction, aligning KPIs, and enabling regional B2B teams to perform at their best. The role requires translating JazzCash’s fintech ambitions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring smooth coordination with product, technology, and banking teams, and driving consistency in business tracking, commission frameworks, and performance governance.

With exposure to core fintech solutions like Payment Gateway, BNPL, and Digital Disbursements, this role is designed for someone who thrives in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and building scalable processes that empower business growth.

What does Stream Head Channel & Enterprise Planning do?

• Lead end-to-end business planning, forecasting, and strategy execution for the B2B vertical.
• Act as the central liaison between field teams, product teams, technology, finance, and bank partners to ensure execution excellence.
• Design, allocate, and monitor KPIs across regional B2B teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Drive the development of incentive structures, promotions, and commission frameworks that enhance team performance.
• Conduct profitability and ROI analysis on all B2B initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Partner with product and technology teams to build scalable enterprise solutions and improve internal processes.
• Develop business models and financial projections for new initiatives (BNPL, Marketplace, MiniApps, AdTech, etc.).
• Evaluate industry benchmarks and global best practices to integrate innovation into JazzCash’s B2B strategy.
• Own the governance of business processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Regularly present business reviews, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead special cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue streams or enhance operational efficiency.
• Build capacity across regional teams by providing training, tools, and playbooks for enterprise engagement.
• Develop performance scorecards, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to monitor business growth.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Stream Head Channel & Enterprise Planning?

 . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

.6–7 years of experience in business planning, sales operations, or enterprise support (preferably in financial services/telecom/fintech).

 . Proven expertise in KPI management, strategy planning, and stakeholder coordination.

.  Strong analytical and business modeling skills with attention to detail.

.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.

.  Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

. Knowledge of fintech products such as Payment Gateway, BNPL, Raast, and digital disbursements.
