What is Jazz Business Consultant - B2G?
The Jazz Business Consultant will support in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with public sector entities, government organizations, and other key stakeholders in North region. This role will focus on executing sales strategies, fostering relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with Jazz’s vision of digital transformation.
The role reports directly to the Regional Head with an extended team of 5 members.
What does Jazz Business Consultant - B2G do?
· Sales Execution
o Support the development and implementation of sales plan to achieve revenue targets against assigned product(s).
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector, including government projects, tenders, and initiatives.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
· Relationship Management
o Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in government and public sector organizations.
o Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
o Represent Jazz at meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote the company’s offerings.
· Proposal Development
o Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to potential clients.
o Ensure all proposals align with client requirements and Jazz’s capabilities.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with Pre-Sales, Planning, Product and Service Delivery teams to align offerings with market demands.
o Support the seamless execution of business agreements and deliverables.
o Provide regular updates to the Regional Head on progress and challenges.
· Compliance & Governance
o Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory requirements and company policies.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or ICT field. An MBA with ICT knowledge is a plus.
· Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development with a focus on the public sector.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
· Strong understanding of the public sector landscape in Pakistan, including government procurement processes and regulations.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and emerging technologies & tools.
