What is Manager B2G Solutions, Reporting & Growth?
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and cross-functional Manager to lead B2G Planning, Solutions, Analytics & Growth for our Public Sector Partnerships vertical. This role plays a critical part in enabling the digitization of public finance, designing innovative financial solutions for government and INGO partners, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, government engagement experience, and the ability to align internal teams to deliver high-impact digital financial services at scale. This position reports directly to the Head of Public Sector Partnerships.
What does Manager B2G Solutions, Reporting & Growth do?
1. Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, manage, and automate daily dashboards and performance reports tracking KPIs such as revenue, transaction volume, and partner performance across product lines and geographic regions.
- Prepare detailed monthly closing reports for internal use and partner distribution, enabling deep analysis of partner- and product-level trends.
- Deliver quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance reports for strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Provide individual partner performance deep-dives and facilitate proactive account management.
- Lead automation of reporting workflows to streamline insights shared with all public sector partners.
2. Government & INGO Tender Management
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of public sector and INGO tenders, including identification, evaluation, response planning, submission, and post-bid follow-up.
- Draft technical proposals by coordinating closely with product, technology, and legal teams to develop innovative, compliant solutions tailored to partner requirements.
- Engage pricing teams to finalize competitive commercial models.
- Ensure zero technical disqualifications by maintaining highest quality of documentation, compliance, and internal coordination.
3. Operations Management
- Oversee daily backend operations of the B2G portfolio, including reconciliation processes, complaint resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Technology, Pricing, and Compliance teams.
- Act as key liaison with Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) for backend integration, field operations, and partner enablement.
- Design and implement robust SOPs to manage operations at scale, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely resolution of issues.
- Lead automation of operational processes, including alerting systems for deadline breaches and escalation triggers for unresolved complaints.
4. Government Relations & External Representation
- Represent JazzCash in high-level meetings and forums with federal and provincial governments, C-level executives, and institutional stakeholders.
- Advocate for JazzCash’s digital solutions with influential government bodies including the Governor’s office and public sector entities.
- Establish strategic alignment between partner needs and JazzCash offerings to promote long-term collaboration and financial digitization.
5. Strategic Planning & Long-Term Roadmap
- Co-lead quarterly, annual, and 5-year strategic planning for the B2G vertical in collaboration with internal leadership and ecosystem partners.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and performance forecasts to guide vertical prioritization and onboarding decisions.
- Identify new use cases and growth opportunities across federal, provincial, and development sector institutions.
- Ensure alignment of strategic roadmap with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) policies and national financial inclusion objectives.
6. Growth, Pricing & Campaign Management
- Lead design and execution of growth strategies across government verticals including in close coordination with the regional teams:
- Price revisions based on partner segmentation, product performance, and market benchmarks.
- New vertical identification to diversify revenue streams.
- End-user engagement campaigns: digital awareness, onboarding incentives, and usage boosts tailored to beneficiaries in coordination with relevant product and marketing teams
- Partner engagement campaigns: develop digital and on-ground activation strategies to deepen partner involvement and visibility in coordination with relevant account managers and trade marketing teams
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Field Ops teams to deliver campaigns across all touchpoints.
7. Executive Presentations & Strategic Communication
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation decks for internal reviews, ELT meetings, and partner engagements.
- Present performance summaries, strategic proposals, and regulatory updates to JazzCash leadership and public sector stakeholders.
- Translate complex data and solution architecture into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
8. Solution Design & Proposal Development
- Design and propose digital payment solutions tailored for large government organizations and autonomous bodies, for digital financial inclusion and solutions
- Lead end-to-end partner proposal development, including needs assessment, solution blueprinting, commercial structure, and implementation roadmap.
- Ensure that all proposed solutions are scalable, compliant, and integrated with JazzCash’s core offerings.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager B2G Solutions, Reporting & Growth?
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field. Technical background is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in public sector engagement, fintech, digital banking, or enterprise solutioning.
- Strong understanding of government tendering processes and regulatory environment in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated experience in performance analytics, operational process design, and stakeholder management. Excellence in data analysis and visualization tools is required. Excellence in presentation tools is required
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (e.g., MSTR, Power BI, Tableau).
