As part of our growing Digital team, you will play a key role in executing our Digital Strategy, contributing to the development of cutting-edge Self-Service Apps, automation platforms, and digital customer engagement solutions.

As an Expert, Digital Products, you will support the development and management of Self-Service Apps while focusing on cloud-native solutions, microservices architecture, and API-driven development to ensure seamless scalability and performance. Your role will be crucial in modernizing our technology stack and enhancing the user experience.

The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Products & Solutions.

What does Expert, Digital Products do?

·     Assist in the development and management of Self-Service Apps for customer account management, billing, and digital interactions.

·     Support the design and implementation of microservices-based architecture to ensure scalability and flexibility.

·     Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment.

·     Deploy and maintain end-to-end solutions on private and public clouds.

·     Collaborate with cloud providers to optimize pricing and performance.

·     Work with cross-functional teams to implement product features using Agile and DevOps methodologies.

·     Support the technical product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

·     Assist in selecting suitable technical architectures and development technologies for Self-Service Apps.

·     Work closely with engineering teams (in-house and outsourced) to execute the product roadmap.

·     Implement analytics tools to track app performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.

·     Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to product enhancements.

Requirements

·     3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management and microservices architecture.

·     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/MS is a plus).

·     Experience with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·     Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and related frameworks.

·     Hands-on experience with Cloud Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).

·     Experience in Database Management (MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, MongoDB).

·     Understanding of Self-Service App development and user experience optimization.

·     Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

·     Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, MixPanel).

·     Strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and microservices communication.

·     Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.

·     Knowledge of customer authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, JWT) is a plus.
