Expert Billing Operations

Expert Billing Operations will assist Tam Lead Billing – GSM & Digital Services in managing the E2E billing operations and corporate discount management for the corporate customer’s queries.

The role reports directly to the Team Lead Billing - GSM & Digital Services and has no extended team or anyone reporting to him.

Key Responsibilities

·         Responsible for generating monthly invoices and delivering them to customers.

·         Coordinated with business partners to generate monthly bills and deliver invoices.

·         Manage discount applications as per customer agreements.

·         Responsible for calculating arrears to apply discounts to the customer base.

·         Manage customer disputes related to discounts and invoicing.

·         Assisted the Team Lead with any ad-hoc tasks.

 

Key Deliverables 

·         E2E invoice generation and disbursement to the customers.

·         E2E discount management.

·         E2E management of customer billing operations queries

Requirements

·         Must have 3+ years of experience in Billing & Invoicing/Credit & Collection in the Telecom sector.

·         Must have a graduate degree (BBA, B-COM, BCS etc.).

·         Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivots & macros)

·         Strong SQL querying skills.

·         Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Good team player and ability to work in intense and pressure situations and meet timelines

·         Soft skills and technical skills required
