Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for developing and enhancing the HQ treasury dashboard and implementing process improvements. This role involves creating Power BI-based dashboards from multiple data sources for VEON HQ treasury and integrating them with the Pulse Dashboard. Additionally, the specialist will focus on process improvements to boost operational efficiency and accuracy, exploring and implementing automated processes, and upskilling employees to adapt to these automated processes.

Role & Responsibilities:

Process improvement:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and tools to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of Treasury activities
• Development of in-depth Process flows
• Identify potential process improvement areas based on lean six sigma principles
• Automation of manual activities and systematized visualizations of trends and performance
• Provide support to upskill team members to enhance their capabilities in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Acting as back up of current team members

Delivery of VEON treasury dashboard:

·         Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for HQ treasury using various data visualization tools.

·         Perform detailed data validation, analysis & calculations using  Excel, Power BI, and other data tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

·         Integrate developed dashboards with the Pulse Dashboard while ensuring data quality.

·         Ensuring automatic flow of data between various systems.

·         Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, technical, commercial, and other functions to ensure effective development

·         Refine dashboards by analyzing their performance and incorporating feedback to improve accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements

·         Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

·         Hands on experience of Power BI.

·         Proficiency in Visio & Excel.

·         Strong Analytical & collaborative skills
