What is Specialist/Expert OSS Operations & Support?

This role will be responsible for managing Operations, Support & Planning of various Platforms deployed on OSS, EMS & Underlying Layers along with Service Desk platforms in use across the Organization.

The role is also responsible for overseeing CAPEX & OPEX planning / execution of the department budgets.

The role reports directly to the Manager OSS & Network Performance with an extended team of 12 team members.

Responsible for in-house development of applications & utilities to support fast changing emerging business needs of organization. In addition, the role also supports several automation initiatives to efficiency to operational processes.

The role reports directly to the Manager SQM & Automation Support.
