What is Specialist Digital Lending?

Specialist Digital Lending role will be responsible for managing the data requirements for the digital lending domain, conduct analytics to generate insights and improve strategy in collaboration with stakeholders. Moreover, take responsibility for managing e2e Product Management for new products in the pipeline.

The role reports directly to the Lead Digital Lending & Savings.

What does Specialist Digital Lending do?

• Conduct analytics to manage credit risk for JazzCash and partners
• Regularly generate insights to drive the lending products as per strategy
• Assist in monitoring Profit & Loss of Lending products
• Perform sub-segmentation, performance monitoring, and design/execution of adoption and collection initiatives with a data centric approach
• Able to dissect data and continuously perform complex analytics to improve understanding of lending customers
• Assist in the execution/management of projects pertaining to credit scoring
• Independently take responsibility for managing Product Management for new products in the lending domain
• Assess market, identify opportunities to allow lending lead in devising short to medium term strategy/tactical plans
• Manage the research, identification, prioritization and execution of new opportunities to help JazzCash achieve its goals in the lending ambit

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Digital Lending?

• Minimum qualification Bachelor’s (Management Sciences/ Computer sciences
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Segments, Digital Products / Platforms
• 1 year of analytics experience (essential)
• Strong analytical skills to understand trends and expert at handling numbers
  • Experience in Access, excel, SQL & Power BI
  • Experience in Mixpanel would be advantageous
• Communicator with the ability to present succinct and well-articulated thoughts at internal and external platforms
