Job Title: Expert International Roaming Segments

What will Expert International Roaming Segments do?

Expert International Roaming Segment will be responsible for driving commercial performance, analytics, and strategic optimization within the roaming domain at Jazz.

This role sits within the Marketing Department and plays a critical part in shaping the roaming strategy through data-driven insights, partner performance analysis, and customer behavior trends.

The roaming function is commercially focused and accountable for revenue growth, usage penetration, customer retention, and proposition development—delivering targeted, analytics-led strategies for both outbound and inbound roaming segments.

The structure of the team you will join is:

Roaming Revenue & Usage Growth:

Driving outbound and inbound roaming revenue by increasing package uptakes, usage penetration, and enhanced engagement through targeted, market-aligned strategies.

Data-Driven Proposition & Pricing Optimization:

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Operational Oversight of IR Processes

Key Focus Areas for the Year:

Enhance Retention & Acquisition of High-Value Roaming Users – Strengthening engagement strategies for frequent travelers and premium segments by offering competitive roaming bundles, loyalty incentives, and seamless lifecycle management across key corridors.

Increase ARPU & Revenue Contribution from Roaming – Utilizing data-driven insights, travel behavior analytics, and targeted CVM interventions to boost roaming monetization, drive pack activations, and maximize subscriber lifetime value.
