What is Expert Reporting & Analysis?
Develop business performance reports by keeping in mind the locked business targets, build insights based on monthly revenue trends and identify gaps, he/she needs to develop insights via using analytical tools and develop automated dashboards reflecting the new techniques like tableau & other visual tools, he/she should have better understanding of industry`s incentive and KPI measurement and have better grip on policies and processes.
The role reports directly to the Stream Head reporting & analysis with an extended team of 2 team members
What Expert Reporting & Analysis does?
Establish working relations with relevant stakeholders e.g. Sales Channels, Operations teams, marketing team and other Jazz Business teams
Understand that how Channel Planning & Development team work with all stakeholders
Recommend ways in consultation with team members and other stakeholders that how we can better support our teams by providing them with required visibility
Understand all the existing reports reflecting the Sales, Revenue performance and associated incentives of teams for all B2B products and related policies governing those reports. Based on these reports share actionable insights with Presentation decks for management
Some of the reports being generated by this team are listed below:
· Provide support to channels by collecting, analysing, and reporting on key performance data related to overall and product-level revenues.
· Conduct in-depth analysis to understand drivers of revenue and users, as well as perform What-If and Cause-Effect analysis to support strategic decision-making.
· Share monthly and weekly actionable insights with management and stakeholders, utilizing various analysis methods to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop and manage performance management reports for all channels, ensuring alignment with targets set by stakeholders.
· Collaborate with business units to align visibility and performance reports according to targets locked with the channels.
· Support the accurate calculation and management of nationwide incentives and KPIs, ensuring timely reporting in line with company policies.
· Take end-to-end responsibility for calculating, managing, and ensuring the accurate disbursement of Incentive/KPI/Promo figures to the payroll team on time.
· Answer business questions raised by stakeholders, including drivers for users, revenue, and potential areas for growth.
· Act as a liaison between the business and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of insights and analysis.
· Create clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations that highlight key insights and trends in business performance.
· Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to design interactive dashboards and provide high-quality visual representations of data for stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills, Strong command on MS Office/tableau/Power Bi & new techniques which helps to develop dashboards and data extraction to build conclusive analysis, delivered on challenging tasks and has taken end to end responsibility from data compilation till reports delivery, in addition, we are looking for strong stakeholder management skills to manage all business queries and build a combined view as per defined policies & procedures. Prior experience of 3 to 4 years in the telecom industry on similar position along with Implementation of Performance management system /Portal will be an added advantage.
An ideal candidate should have Bachelors’/master’s degree in computer sciences/Statistics/Business, and below skills are key to meeting the performance expectations for this role.
