What is Expert Digital Products?
We are hiring a results-driven and analytically strong Expert Digital Products to manage digital initiatives and optimize product performance across our app and web-based digital products. This role plays a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making and delivering exceptional digital experiences within the EdTech stream.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital (App & Web-based) product management, with hands-on experience in business analytics and reporting. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The candidate will be responsible for devising and tracking the digital strategy for products, leading product roadmap development in collaboration with vendors, owning the UI/UX and customer journey design, leading the development and revamp of new product offerings, and executing back-end integrations with the PI/PD team, tracking revenue & maintaining performance dashboards, The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including internal brand, digital marketing, media, legal, and others. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform remains competitive, scalable, and user-centric.
The role reports directly to the Stream Head – EdTech.
