What is product UAT Specialist?

·        Conduct end-to-end testing of products, applications & services before they go live to ensure a seamless customer experience.

·        Proactively identify and resolve issues during the product development phase to prevent disruptions across customer experience channels.

·        Analyze customer journeys to pinpoint improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.

·        Drive digital transformation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions to modernize existing processes.

·        Research, design, and refine operational workflows to optimize overall customer engagement and satisfaction.

·        Gather and analyze customer data to identify insights, inform strategic decisions, and support continuous innovation.

·        Develop comprehensive test cases and contribute to defining target business process models

 

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Products & Solution Standardization.

What Product UAT specialist does?

Key Responsibilities

·        Execute planned testing of products and services on a regular basis to ensure readiness before launch.

·        Perform functional and user testing, including potential day and night shifts based on product timelines.

·        Utilize testing tools effectively while applying analytical thinking to ensure high-quality, issue-free product delivery.

·        Analyze and optimize existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experience.

·        Communicate any service or product changes clearly to Customer Experience (CX) channels to ensure consistent messaging.

·        Contribute to the analysis and design of self-service customer channels.

·        Promote digital transformation by identifying and implementing opportunities for workflow automation.

·        Monitor, identify, and manage process exceptions and deviations in real-time.

·        Conduct data analysis to uncover process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Tech, Commercial, CX, Regulatory, etc.) to address service/product complaints and support experience-impacting projects.

Key Deliverables

·        Timely delivery of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) results for each product/service testing cycle.

·        Proactive identification and resolution of any revenue leakage risks in products or services.

·        Consistently deliver insights and recommendations to maintain the highest standards of customer experience.

·        Lead initiatives for automation and digitization of CX and related business processes.

·        Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal process standards.

·        Produce weekly and monthly reports covering product testing outcomes, process automation progress, and project delivery metrics.

·        Application based UATs & knowledge of how applications work especially Insurance based/ Marketplace applications

Requirements

Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in:

 

Strong understanding of customer experience principles and business process automation.
