The Business Assurance team at Jazz plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue across prepaid and postpaid consumer platforms by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and operational data. The team works across multiple telecom and digital platforms, performing reconciliations, analytics, and control development to detect revenue leakages, prevent losses, and strengthen end-to-end assurance.
As an Analyst – Business Assurance, you will support day-to-day assurance activities by performing reconciliations, analytical reviews, and data validations across consumer revenue and commission streams. You will work with large datasets, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and help translate analytical findings into clear insights and presentations for management. This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in revenue assurance and analytics within a telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Commission Assurance
- Perform regular reconciliations between multiple telecom and digital platforms to ensure completeness and accuracy of consumer revenue and commission data
- Support assurance of prepaid and postpaid consumer revenue streams, identifying discrepancies, anomalies, and potential leakages
- Assist in validating commission calculations and payouts to ensure alignment with approved business rules and commercial agreements
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and unusual patterns impacting revenue or commissions
- Prepare clear and structured analytical reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests related to revenue, usage, commissions, and customer activity
Controls & Process Support
- Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of assurance controls for revenue and commission processes
- Support documentation of control logic, reconciliation methodologies, and analytical procedures
- Highlight control gaps and process weaknesses, and support recommendations for improvement
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Support automation of reconciliations and analytical checks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Work with senior team members to enhance existing analytical models and assurance tools
- Contribute ideas for improving data quality, controls, and reporting effectiveness
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Commercial, Digital, Operations) to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
- Communicate findings clearly through presentations, emails, and reports, ensuring insights are easy to understand and actionable
- Support preparation of management presentations and assurance summaries
Requirements

Analytical & Technical Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
- Good command on Analytical / Presentation tools ( SOL, Excel, Power BI etc)
- Ability to understand and interpret business rules, revenue logic, and transaction flows
- Exposure to data analysis, reconciliations, or reporting is an advantage
