What is “Expert Consumer Insights”?
The Consumer Insights/market research team tracks a variety of key performance indicators for Jazz via both quantitative and qualitative studies. As a Consumer Insights Expert, we empower you to influence and enrich the entire organization to place ‘Insights’ at the heart of their every business plan and strategy.
The role reports directly to the Head of Consumer Insights and will be part of the Data & Strategy department. The consumer insights team is a 3-person team (including the line manager).
What does Expert Consumer Insights do?
· Understand and manage conventional Consumer Insights activities.
· Derive actionable insights by connecting multiple studies conducted by the team and other analysis done by Analytics & Insights.
· Ability to align Consumer Insights goals with broader commercial objectives to answer key business questions posed by them.
· End-to-end coordination with various vendors running the research studies to ensure timely and accurate execution of the project.
· Merging market research insights by focusing on internal contexts, such as market sizing and recharge shares in different Micro Business Units
· Creating value propositions for monetizing the data & analytics capabilities of the team.
Apart from the details mentioned above for the given role, responsibilities and deliverables will include the following:
· Develop in-depth understanding of the Consumer Insights activities of the assigned portfolio.
· Strive for continuous improvement in both the processes and the outcome of all market research projects.
· Understand the internal feedback collection system and run advanced analysis & cross tabulations.
· Raising Purchase Requests and timely issuance of Purchase Orders for partners, agency, and other external stakeholders.
· Rethink the Consumer Insights strategy & frameworks to develop platforms where we fuse perception-based data & actual usage data to derive action points for Jazz.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Consumer Insights
· 3 to 4 years of experience in consumer insights roles (preferably in telecom/ technology industry)
· Having displayed the ability to manage internal & external stakeholders.
· Well versed with Excel & PowerPoint
· Familiarity with Qualtrics is a plus
· Stakeholder Management
· Pressure Handling
· Analytical & Presentation Skills
