What is the Head of Digital Products & Growth?

Head of Digital Products & Growth is responsible for leading the end-to-end product strategy, monetization, and growth of Tamasha (OTT platform) and adjacent lifestyle digital services. The role owns P&L accountability, platform evolution, revenue acceleration, and ecosystem partnerships.

This is a business leadership role requiring a sharp commercial mindset, strong product intuition, and growth expertise. The individual acts as a digital leader equally comfortable with data, negotiations, product roadmaps, financial models, content strategy, advertising monetization, and cross-functional execution.

 The role requires shaping a long-term digital vision in line with global OTT best practices, while adapting to local consumer behavior, regulatory landscape, and monetization realities.The role reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer with an extended team of 15 team members
