What is Manager Digital Products & Analytics?
We are looking for a results-driven Manager Digital Products & Analytics (Proactive Pipeline) to lead data analytics, strategy, and business planning for digital platforms at Jazz. The role is central to guiding product and business decisions by translating data into actionable insights, designing growth strategies, and ensuring execution in alignment with Jazz’s digital ambitions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, business strategy, financial planning and digital product growth, with proven expertise in scaling platforms, optimizing monetization, and influencing senior level decision making.
You will report directly to the Stream Head Digital Analytics & Strategy, with a primary focus on SIMOSA, Jazz’s flagship SIMCare, lifestyle & social platform, in the Digital SBU.
What does Manager Digital Products & Analytics do?
1. Analytics & Business Intelligence
· Develop and own end-to-end analytics frameworks, including KPI definitions, dashboards, and performance reports for SIMOSA.
· Lead analysis of user journeys, funnels, and retention metrics to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
· Establish data governance practices, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance of app data.
· Conduct predictive modeling, segmentation, and cohort analyses to inform strategy and product design.
· Partner with BI and finance teams to build forecasts, business cases, and revenue models.
2. Business Planning & Financial Strategy
· Build financial forecasts, valuations, and group/board submissions for digital platforms.
· Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition across relevant teams in collaboration with Finance.
· Lead preparation of business cases and financial models for features, campaigns, and partnerships.
· Manage financial & commercial reporting requirements across Jazz’s digital business.
3. Growth and Product Strategy
· Translate analytical insights into targeted growth strategies that improve MAU, DAU, and user retention.
· Design and evaluate A/B tests, roll-outs, and adoption campaigns.
· Support monetization initiatives, including ad inventory models, partnerships, and app-exclusive bundles.
· Track ROI of new launches and campaigns through post-campaign business analyses.
4. Digital Strategy
· Shape business strategy for SIMOSA and other digital initiatives in line with Jazz’s overall digital portfolio.
· Provide actionable recommendations to senior management for long-term platform evolution (marketplace, lifestyle, third-party integrations).
· Act as the analytics and planning lead in cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Manager Digital Products & Analytics?
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in digital analytics, product strategy, or digital growth roles.
· Proven success in delivering forecasts, valuations, and growth strategies at scale.
Technical & Functional Skills
· Proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, Tableau dashboards).
· Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
· Knowledge of digital and telecom KPIs (MAU, DAU, ARPU, CPMs, churn).
· Understanding of monetization models (ads, subscriptions, partnerships).
Behavioral Competencies
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong commercial acumen.
· Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, Product, and Group teams.
