What is Channel Automation & Reporting?

Expert Channel Automation and Reporting will be responsible for Merchant Channel dashboards and reports automation. This role will also be responsible for regional deep dive analysis and understandings. Market insights, industry practices and incentive structures are focus areas.

The role reports directly to the Manager Merchant Channel Planning and shall be a part of three (03) extended team members.

What does an Expert Channel Automation & Reporting do?

• Can-do approach with data-driven translation of business need to execution
• Analyse and benchmark target setting and channel performance upon which commissions are calculated. Also, provide regular feedback for further areas of improvement
• Daily report development and dashboard automation reflecting pragmatic MTD/YTD analytics
• New model development to gauge business performance
• Be able to run exploratory analyses based on concrete data
• Slice and dice to identify gaps through analytics and assist in proposing solutions to fill the gaps in existing methods and process
• PoC for all information flow for internal and external team’s communication
• Ad-hoc analysis to assist Management in strategic decision-making
• Hands on experience with DBMS and visualization tools

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Channel Automation & Reporting?

• Master’s/ Bachelor’s with minimum 3-years’ experience
• Experience in Telco/Fintech preferred but not required
• Advance Excel & Power point
• Proficient in SQL / Other DBMS Tools
