We are looking for a Stream Head In-House Platforms Migration to lead the end-to-end migration of digital health platforms from partner-led systems to in-house technology. This role acts as the single source of truth for functional requirements, translating business vision into clear, build-ready documentation while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and scalability.

The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations teams and plays a critical part in building robust, scalable healthcare platforms.

What Does a Stream Head In-House Platforms Migration Do?

In-House Migration Ownership

• Audit existing partner-based systems across:
• Consultations
• Pharmacy
• Labs
• Surgery
• Payments
• Reverse-engineer current workflows, APIs, data models, and system dependencies
• Define as-is vs. to-be architecture for full in-house transition
• Identify migration risks, gaps, and phased rollout plans

Business & Functional Analysis

• Own and maintain:
• BRDs
• FRDs
• PRDs
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Define end-to-end workflows for:
• Consumer App
• Doctor App
• Admin & Operations Portal
• Partner Integrations
• Translate complex healthcare and operational workflows into engineering-ready artifacts

Product & Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Product Owners
• Engineering Leads
• UI/UX Designers
• QA teams
• Break down features into modules, milestones, and sprint-level deliverables
• Support:
• Backlog grooming
• Sprint planning
• UAT cycles

Data, Reporting & Analytics Enablement

• Define business logic and metrics for:
• GMV
• Order lifecycle statuses
• Financial and operational dashboards
• Support engineering teams in defining:
• Clean data models
• Event tracking and analytics frameworks
