What is Expert Productivity & Collaboration Solutions?
Expert – Productivity & Collaboration Solutionsis responsible for leading the product lifecycle, growth strategy, and financial performance of Garaj’s digital and enterprise solutions portfolio. This includes products such as Microsoft, RedHat, Garaj Mail, and Garaj 24/7. The role requires strong market insight, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric ICT solutions. It also involves working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal positioning and growth of the digital product suite.
This role reports directly to the Head of Cloud and Cybersecurity Solutions and works closely with sales, marketing, operations, and vendor management teams.
What does Expert Productivity & Collaboration Solutions do?
- Lead and manage the Garaj Enterprise & Digital Solutions portfolio, including Microsoft, RedHat, Garaj Mail, and Garaj 24/7.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning in the B2B ICT and cloud services space.
- Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant teams to boost product awareness and positioning.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to support investment and portfolio expansion decisions.
- Define and implement pricing models to optimize profitability while maintaining competitive market standing.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring continuous performance improvement and P&L responsibility.
- Design and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products, aligning efforts with sales and marketing functions.
- Build differentiated value propositions for SMEs, Enterprises, SOHOs, and B2B2C customers to support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and partner channels to ensure smooth deployment, support, and scaling of offerings.
- Enable sales enablement through training sessions, product collateral, and go-to-market tools.

- Portfolio Strategy: Define, evolve, and execute the strategy for the digital product suite under Garaj.
- Financial Ownership: Drive revenue and profitability through effective pricing, cost management, and business development.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Design solutions tailored to B2B segments through deep customer insights.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Lead GTM planning and execution across all major product lines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive product development and launch cycles.
- Partner & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with strategic partners like Microsoft and RedHat for joint value creation.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Productivity & Collaboration Solutions?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product management within ICT, telecom, or digital services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios with financial accountability (P&L).
- Proven ability to develop pricing models, business cases, and strategic product plans.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
