What is Manager HealthCare - Digital Products?

We are looking for a forward-thinking Medical Practitioner / Researcher to help build, scale, and safeguard the clinical excellence of our healthcare app. This role sits at the intersection of medicine, technology, and innovation. You will own the medical relevance of our product, shape how users experience healthcare digitally, and work hands-on with product, AI, and compliance teams to bring smart, safe, and impactful features to life.

What does the Manager HealthCare - Digital Products do?

Own the Medical Core of the Product

• Take full ownership of the app’s medical content, clinical logic, and healthcare workflows.
• Ensure all medical information is evidence-based, up-to-date, and aligned with current clinical guidelines.
• Develop necessary UI/UX and user journeys to enable user friendly experience.
• Work closely with Tech, legal, and CX teams to launch and continuously improve medical features.
• Define and implement clinical standards and regulatory compliance in line with NHSRC, IHRA, and DRAP requirements.

Build & Scale AI-Powered Healthcare Features

• Develop AI features road map to integrate innovative and relevant services on the platform.

Ensure Clinical Accuracy & Quality

• Regularly audit medical content and app workflows to maintain high clinical and safety standards.
• Guide updates to content and features based on the latest research, best practices, and real-world user needs.

Drive User Trust & Engagement

• Support users by ensuring the app delivers clear, reliable, and actionable medical guidance within its scope.
• Partner with growth and product teams to improve engagement, retention, and trust in the app’s medical capabilities.
• Develop necessary B2B partnerships to app growth and portfolio enrichment.

What we are looking for and what does it require to be Manager HealthCare - Digital Products?

Background

• M.B.B.S or an equivalent recognized medical degree.
• Additional training or certifications in digital health, medical informatics, or AI in healthcare are a strong plus.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a medical practitioner and researcher in clinical or healthcare environments.
• Hands-on experience with digital health products, healthcare apps, or technology-enabled care platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI applications in healthcare or a strong interest in building with AI-driven tools.

Skills & Mindset

• Deep understanding of clinical medicine, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to translate complex medical knowledge into scalable digital solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving startup teams.
