The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Products & growth with an extended team of 1 team member.
What does Expert Digital Platforms and New Ventures do?
- Have a complete understanding of how the digital platforms at Jazz work and how they tie-in with the overall company strategy
- Understand company’s strategy viz. a viz. new verticals and have an understanding of all the new projects being undertaken as part of the digital initiative at Jazz
- Get first-hand information about competitive landscape and understand how Jazz can make an impact through delivery of effective solutions
- Liaise with product team, digital marketing team, activations team and creative agencies for ongoing projects
- Understand customer insights, previous performance and trends to develop understanding of ongoing/ previous projects and launches
- Work on Jazz AgriTech vertical by collaborating with internal stakeholders (product team, technology teams etc.) as well as external partners• Understand digital analytics and GSM parameters correlation and work towards building feasibilities for new projects and conducting post-campaign analysis for prior campaigns/projects
- Work on planning and executing GTM strategy of multiple ongoing projects and to be launched platforms
- Explore globally used digital performance management tools and track customer behavior at every step of the customer journey (from Ad impression to platform usage)
- Plan and execute strategies to increase revenue from Jazz digital platforms
- Develop a deep understanding of the new verticals through analyzing previous data and conducting on-ground-research
- Research and design AgriTech (and other vertical) products as well as implement go-to-market plan
- Prepare detailed scoping documentation for new features or platforms by conducting research on global best practices and gathering requirements from different departments in Jazz
- Participate & contribute in digital transformation initiatives being taken for the digitalization of Jazz
- Formulate plans for implementing A/B testing, growth hacking techniques for scaling Jazz digital platforms
- Develop user segments, understand customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, retention, engagement) and target users
- Liaise with Commercial, Finance and Technology teams to prepare business cases for new projects and new feature developments Prepare detailed scoping documentation for new features or platforms by conducting research on global best practices and gathering requirements from different departments

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, digital marketing, segmentation or analytics
- Prior experience in product management will be preferred
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
- Results driven, independent thinker with skills in data, analytics, marketing and integrations
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to explain complicated topics in an accessible manner to management and stakeholders
- Motivated to work in an innovative and collaborative environment encouraging rapid testing and experimentation
- Ability to devise business cases for new initiatives
- Ability to approach challenges with a problem solving mindset
- Solid understanding of different marketing channels and their impact for growth and engagement
- Expertise in growth hacking & performance marketing
- Hands-on experience of digital analytics tools
