The role reports directly to the Stream Head Partnership Operations & Propositions people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 4 team members.

What does Expert Partnership Experience Management do?

• Operational Management:
• Develop and implement standardized processes for partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing management.
• Ensure all partner activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner Support:
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing operational queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to support partners and enhance their experience.
• Conduct regular check-ins with partners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and refine partnership operations processes to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Implement tools and systems to streamline partnership workflows and data management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in partnership management.
• Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs for partners to ensure they are well-versed in the company’s products, services, and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, resources, and support materials for partners.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on partnership performance and operational metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize partnership strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Partnership Experience Management?

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, partnership management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using CRM and partnership management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferered Experience:

• Experience in the [specific industry relevant to the company].
• Knowledge of contract management and negotiation.
• Familiarity with tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle Atlas) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
