Job Title: Manager Experiential Marketing – Jazz

We are looking for a Manager Experiential Marketing – Jazz who can lead the strategic development and flawless execution of brand activations, corporate events, and sponsorships nationwide. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, creative execution, and operational rigor, bringing brands to life through high-impact, on-ground experiences that resonate deeply with our consumers.

You will serve as a key player within the Brand & Communications team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure memorable, brand-aligned experiences that drive engagement, affinity, and conversion.

This person will get the opportunity to become a part of the brands and communications team for one of the biggest brands in Pakistan. Taking on the responsibility to interact with our customers directly through engaging events/activations & evaluating and locking multiple potential sponsorships across the country. Here is an opportunity for the person to showcase their passion in solving complex on-ground problems and dynamic trouble shooting through teamwork.

He/She will be part of a customer focused marketing team and collaborate across the wider team including Brand, Media & IMX, Pricing & Segments, Sourcing etc with 1-2 resources under him/her. The role reports directly to the Stream Head Experiential Marketing.

What Does Manager Experiential Marketing do?

Key Responsibilities

·        Strategy & Planning

o   Design and implement data-driven experiential marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.

o   Develop and pitch event concepts, activation roadmaps, and sponsorship plans.

o   Lead annual activation calendar planning and budget forecasting.

·        Events/Activations

o   Oversee end-to-end execution of activations, events, and sponsorship programs, ensuring brand consistency and audience impact.

o   Manage on-ground operations, including agency and vendor coordination, logistics, and compliance.

o   Lead troubleshooting and live-issue resolution during event execution, on-ground brand activations, promotional campaigns, corporate events, sponsorships, and trade shows.

o   Ensure events meet brand standards and deliver high-impact audience engagement.

·        Sponsorship & Partnerships

o   Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-value sponsorship opportunities that elevate brand visibility and relevance.

o   Cultivate and manage relationships with event organizers, media platforms, and strategic partners.

·        Performance & Insights

o   Track KPIs, monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of activations and sponsorships.

o   Lead post-event evaluation and insights analysis for continuous improvement.

o   Create executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.

·        Compliance & Risk

o   Ensure all experiential activities meet legal, safety, and brand compliance standards.

o   Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

·        Other Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

o   Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (Brand, Digital, Product, Sales, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and sponsors, to drive timely and effective project delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

o   Lead cross-functional marketing meetings to align key stakeholders on priorities, project timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.

o   Partner with relevant teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

Agency & Vendor Management

o   Oversee agencies and third-party partners from briefing through execution and post-campaign analysis.

o   Manage contract negotiations, service level agreements, and regular performance reviews to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

 

Internal Communication & Reporting

o   Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

o   Gather inputs and feedback from relevant teams to refine and optimize marketing activities.

Budget & Resource Management

o   Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to manage marketing budgets, monitor spend, ensure timely invoicing, and track ROI.

o   Prioritize marketing initiatives based on business impact, available resources, and stakeholder alignment.

Crisis & Issue Management

o   Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or stakeholder concerns that may impact marketing execution, and implement timely solutions to ensure successful delivery.

o   Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns, bottlenecks, or issues that may affect the execution or success of marketing initiatives.

·        Key Requirements

o   Flexibility to travel and manage on-site operations.

o   Proven expertise in managing large-scale events and activations.

o   Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

o   Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities.

o   Ability to lead multiple high-stakes projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·        Preferred Skills:

o   Creative mindset with a sharp eye for experience design and consumer engagement.

o   Familiarity with post-event analytics, reporting, and brand audit tools.

o   Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and budget tracking systems.

o    Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

·         5–8 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, activations, or sponsorship management (preferably in telecom, or media sectors).
