What is Expert Customer lifecycle Management?

Expert Customer lifecycle will be responsible to work on the complexed corporate projects of Jazzcash B2B south. This current JazzCash proposition revolves largely around B2B corporations, it offers a collection solution, Disbursement solutions, API for wallet users, OTC and USSD as well. This role will be responsible to ensure best possible feasible solutions are available for the existing and new B2B JazzCash customers to ensure aggressive growth in terms of volumes and revenue.

This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the “Regional Manager B2B Sales – DFS South” in JazzCash

What does Expert Customer Lifecycle Management do?

Key responsibilities

·        Support day to day operational matters of new and existing complexed corporate projects.

·        API integrations for collections and disbursement B2B clients

·        Alignment with Product team, Technology team, Bank team and pricing team to ensure smooth execution of projects

·        Drive B2B existing and new business growth in terms of uptake and penetration in collaboration with the  regional corporate partnerships team

·        Guide the clientele through the various stages of the product lifecycle from conception to negotiation, onboarding the partner and making them live

·        Ensure all expectations of the business partners are rightly met and keep them completely satisfied, to drive exponential business growth

·        Tracking, reporting and optimizing on end-to-end integrated campaigns

·        B2B reporting analysis and target setting

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert LifeCycle Management- South?

·       Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management/Business/Marketing

·       4-6 years of work experience

·       Experience working on B2B/Sales/Customer services/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/Tech industry

·       Significant experience & knowledge of complex projects and B2B technical integrations

·       Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems

·       Proven track record of analytical and decision-making skills
