What is Structure and Design Expert?

The Structure & Design Expert will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of construction quality, structural integrity, and compliance with telecom infrastructure standards across newly built and existing sites. The role will focus on quality audits, structural assessments, tower health evaluations and civil work maintenance.

The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure quality control, structural analysis, and civil works maintenance. The role requires expertise in tower health assessment, Effective Projected Area (EPA) calculations, strengthening designs, and quality audits for both new rollouts and existing site upgrades.
