What is ‘Stream Head Apna Clinic’?
Stream head Apna Clinic shall drive the vision, strategy, and execution of digital healthcare platform. The role will focus on defining the digital health roadmap, enhancing user experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting growth through technology, partnerships, new initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine healthcare domain expertise with strong digital product and platform leadership to position Apna Clinic as a state-of-the-art healthcare platform in Pakistan.
He / she will work in an extended team of 10 to 12 colleagues to drive vertical growth.
What does ‘Stream Head Apna Clinic’ do?
- Define and recommend Apna Clinic digital health strategy
- Identify gaps and opportunities in digital health capabilities.
- Develop Apna Clinic strategy and roadmap (mid/long term)
- Provide expertise to design, implement, and optimize platform that meets consumer needs.
- App strategy and feature roadmap
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct need assessment to expand platform in terms of product features and user experience.
- Review UI/UX and give recommendation as per digital strategy.
- Review and recommend suitable user journeys to ensure optimum uptake.
- Align app goals with broader digital health strategy
- Ensure accessibility and usability for diverse patient demographics
- Review rollout sprint calendar and recommend suitable additions to make application relevant and user friendly for optimum use.
- Work closely with application Tech partner to ensure successful implementation.
- Review and recommend solution design including technical architecture, application functionality and suitable integration with relevant platforms as per scope and future needs.
- Define system architecture to support EMR, payment options, AI integration and other key features to enhance user experience.
- Ensure platform meets all required industry /regulatory standards and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable partners for product enhancement and growth.
- Recommend best practices for data encryption, secure authentication and user content privacy.
- Asist in defining GTM strategy
- Recommend marketing channels for user acquisition
- Identify steps to ensure revenue growth.
- Overall strategy to make Apna Clinic state of the art and relevant healthcare platform in Pakistan.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be ‘Stream Head Apna Clinic'?
Qualification, Skills & Competencies:
- MBBS, Health Informatics, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, Digital Health, or equivalent) preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital health, product management, or platform strategy.
- Ability to translate business and clinical needs into technical and product requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to assess gaps, prioritize features, and measure platform performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of products & Industry.
- Experience with healthcare applications / systems, or telemedicine platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, UI/UX best practices, and platform architecture.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
- Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
