Your JAZZ EXPERIENCE:

Project 1: Customer Experience Management

  1. Design SoPs for relaying information to all customer touch points and design effective communications for customers.
  2. Respond to all customer queries received via email/review and help close complaints if any by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and present bi-weekly reports on all customer feedback, campaign sentiment across platforms and customer response to campaigns.

Project 2: Industry Research and Analysis

  1. Research industry best practices for customer experience management and make suggestions for improvement within JazzCash
  2. Perform analysis on customer experience at JazzCash touchpoints and use insights to suggest improvement areas to help improve experience and increase brand loyalty.
  3. Perform customer sentiment analysis on JazzCash social media platforms and draw comparisons with industry and broader market and suggest areas of improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
