What is Head of Business Support?
Head of Business Support will be looking after the regional business reporting which includes setting targets, sales operations and sales planning. He/she will be providing business insights to the Commercial department as well as the top management and functions as a smart and efficient information system covering all KPIs and KCIs.
All responsibilities are to carried out with the objective to increase operational excellence, business volume/revenue within the limits of organization's policies and procedures, functional/departmental objectives, SOPs, international best practices, guidelines from the supervisor and PTA's rules and regulations.
The role reports directly to the Regional Business Head and has three people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 12 team members
What does Head of Business Support do?
Key Responsibilities
o Perform SWOT analysis to identify areas of development and growth, supervise distribution efficiency and effectiveness by providing visibility through simple reports to
relevant stakeholders.
o Provide support and input to Sales, Business Intelligence, Commercial planning, Technical
with regards to tactics and strategies that they develop.
o Supervise the onboarding and off-boarding process of franchisee and ensure it is in
accordance with company policies.
o Ensure smooth flow of information at all levels of the organization.
o Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; Identify training requirements to develop team.
o Devise appropriate strategies with relevant departments and heads to increase sales. Execute the developed strategy and monitor the results.
o Provide business insights in regards to gross ad sales or any other relevant data to management and sales channel.
Key Deliverables
o Manage franchise and region rationalizing, actively addressing franchise profitability to bring improvement in regional/channel performance in close liaison with head office and regional teams.
o Monitor competitors offering similar products/services and work with Marketing team to take appropriate measures.
o Monitor revenue, subscriber and traffic trends and coordinate with Marketing and Channel to propose/devise action plan.
o Lead and manage the business support team and function to ensure operational excellence within assigned number of sites, manage supply chain, stock and inventory levels.
o Oversee sales planning and forecasting by assisting teams in sales strategy formulation for the region. Use analytical skills to design action plan for the achievement of sales targets,4G growth, churn reduction, improve subscriber retention and dormant revival.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Business Support?
At least 8+ years of prior experience in leading and managing a diverse team spread across different cities. The applicant should be able to manage the team, foster a sense of unity and uniformity amongst the team members and regularly mentor them.
Extensive experience in Commercial Planning and Data Analytics with an adequate understanding of Sales processes and distribution channels.
Digital and growth oriented mindset with the agility to understand the platforms and be able to use them for the advancement of the organization.
