What are Specialist OSS Operations & Support?

Specialist OSS Operations & Support is responsible for managing Operations, Support & Planning of various Platforms deployed on OSS, EMS & Underlying Layers along with Service Desk platforms in use across the Organization.

The role reports directly to the Manager OSS.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist OSS Operations & Support?

·       Hands on Experience of Cloud based & On Prem ITSM & Digital Workflow platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian.

·       Comprehensive Full Stack Development Skills.

·       Profound Experience on Java/JavaScript / jQuery and other JS Libraries.

·       Experience of C# and Asp.Net.

·       In depth understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and creation of APIs

·       Strong Experience of MS SQL.

·       Experience of Angular.

·       Experience of CSS/Bootstrap and HTML.

·       Hands on Exp of cross technology Mobile App Dev, Tools like Flutter.

·       Good understanding of ITIL Processes & Related industry standards.

·       Contribute to Project documentation and user guides
