Role Purpose
Stream Head - Digital Solution is responsible for defining and driving the Digital Solutions strategy, leading the various development initiatives, partnerships with the selected solution vendors including the digital and system Integration enabling sales organizations, managing the solution deployment according to the scope and enabling scalable growth across SME Vertical This role ensures the delivery of industry-grade digital solutions, monetized offerings, and a strong OEM ecosystem while shaping the long-term platform and product roadmap.
1. Strategy, Platforms & Roadmaps
· Own and drive the SME Digital platform Strategy, ensuring seamless coexistence, interoperability, and commercial scalability.
· Develop and maintain the Platform Roadmap spanning infrastructure, associated cloud services, security controls, and AI capabilities.
· Own the Product Roadmap for digital offerings using an outside-in approach based on customer needs, market demand, regulations, and competitive insights.
· Define and enforce enterprise-level architecture principles, reference designs, and technical standards across platforms.
2. Solution Consulting & Architecture Leadership
· Lead end-to-end solution consulting: >> discovery >> architecture ‚>> costing ‚>> proposals ‚>> delivery handover.
· Deliver secure, scalable enterprise digital solutions for assessment, migration, modernization, compliance, and managed services.
· Build industry verticals (Banking, Government, Health) with ISVs, regulatory frameworks, and sector-specific use cases.
3. Customer Engagement & Sales Collaboration
· Work closely with Sales to qualify opportunities, refine solution scope, and co-engage customers.
4. Team Development & Capability Building
· Transform the development and solution team into a fully independent Solution Architecture & Consulting organization with strong industry understanding and domain depth.
· Build capability across GTM/Monetization specialists.
5. Ecosystem, OEM & ISV Leadership
· Strengthen ecosystem partnerships with relevant infrastructure and software solution providers to support various verticals.
· Leverage OEM programs for commercial/SME sector for co-selling, PoCs, certifications, training, and funding.
6. Productization & Monetization
· Develop packaged offerings with pricing frameworks & TCO/ROI tools.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or MBA. Combination of both is preferred
· 10+ years of experience including solution pre-sales, Project Management, software ideally in tech, or SI environments
· Deep understanding of enterprise technologies
· Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support multimillion-dollar sales pursuits
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical features into business value
· Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills
