The Regional Manager for Adtech is responsible for overseeing the growth and success of Adtech solutions services within a designated region. This role involves strategic leadership, partner and client management, and operational oversight to drive adoption, optimize performance, and achieve regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Execution:
- Develop and implement regional strategies to promote and expand Adtech solutions services.
- Define and achieve regional targets for sales, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
Client and Partner Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic support and guidance to clients and partners, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Adtech offerings.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of Adtech professionals, including sales, account management, and technical support staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets for Adtech solutions services.
- Implement effective sales strategies, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Market Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Optimize Adtech solutions based on market feedback and performance data.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the delivery of Adtech services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with client expectations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and engineering, to support the successful delivery of Adtech solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support for regional goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Adtech, digital marketing, or technology solutions management, with a focus on regional growth and client management.
- Strong understanding of Adtech solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage complex projects, and analyze performance data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific Adtech tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with specific industry or market related to Analytics.
- Knowledge of regional market conditions and customer preferences.
- Working Conditions:
- Travel within the designated region is required.
- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs and project deadlines.
