Role Overview:
The Demand Planning and Solution Expert shall work on developing solutions for TowerCo Business assisting line management to identify, analyze and present opportunities to support strategic planning for business objectives.
What does Demand Planning and Solution Executive do?
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and optimize the existing tower portfolio and passive infrastructure.
- Analyze Mobile Network Operator (MNO) networks to identify colocation & consolidation opportunities.
- Evaluate competitive landscape of TowerCos and MNOs to identify market potential and business opportunities.
- Perform GIS mapping and analysis in coordination with RAN experts to forecast demand and tenancy growth.
- Evaluate and interpret data on factors like population, demand, proximity, demographics, current and future technology trends to provide strategic options.
- Support process design and re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute with line management to design and implement organization wide TowerCo Management Solution
- Explore and develop new tower-related products and services.
- Research and analyze industry trends to identify emerging market opportunities and provide insights to for sales planning and business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess future projects and deployment plans.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business or Marketing.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in demand planning, telecom infrastructure, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Good understanding of telecom industry and TowerCo business model.
- Experience with TowerCo industry preferred.
- Experience in reading and interpreting telecom grid data and GIS maps.
- Experience in completing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
