Role:

The Regional Manager – Enterprise Sales (Fixed Connectivity) is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth across fixed connectivity and managed solutions within the assigned region. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering tailored connectivity solutions such as CIR, MPLS (L2/L3), IPLC, GMPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, VoIP and networking equipment to meet evolving business needs.

The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of Jazz Business Consultant, ensuring achievement of regional sales targets, strengthening strategic enterprise relationships, and driving sustainable recurring revenue through effective portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Management

Achieve assigned regional enterprise revenue and acquisition targets for Fixed Connectivity and ICT products.
Drive sales of CIR, MPLS (L2/L3), IPLC, VoIP, VPN, SD-WAN, and bundled networking solutions across enterprise accounts.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational revenue objectives.
Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities across key sectors such as banking, manufacturing, retail, logistics, government, and large corporates.
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure prioritization of high-value deals to maximize revenue generation.

2. Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Jazz Business Consultant responsible for enterprise sales within the region.
Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression across the team.
Provide coaching to strengthen consultative selling, solution positioning, and commercial negotiation skills.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and ensure alignment with regional and national targets.

3. Enterprise Customer Engagement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
Lead strategic engagements to position end-to-end fixed connectivity and ICT solutions.
Oversee management of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Support the team in handling major negotiations, escalations, and complex enterprise deals.

4. Solution Development & Delivery

Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Fixed Connectivity Engineering, Product, Finance, Credit & Control, and Customer Engagement teams to develop tailored enterprise solutions.
Guide the team in RFP responses, commercial proposals, and solution positioning.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for timely deployment and service delivery.
Address major customer escalations and ensure effective post-sales support and issue resolution.

5. Market Intelligence & Business Development

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging enterprise connectivity demands.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing enterprise accounts.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies.
Drive initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the enterprise connectivity and ICT market within the region.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
MBA preferred

Experience

8–12 years of experience in telecom or ICT enterprise sales
Proven experience in B2B solution selling for enterprise connectivity
Experience managing large enterprise accounts and leading sales teams
