Experience and Educational requirements

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of HSE. An individual holding an Engineering degree, who has successfully excelled in delivering HSE projects, assuming full responsibility from planning to implementation would have a significant advantage.

Soft skills and technical skills required

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and strong people management skills, who can demonstrate the ability to understand operational processes and associated hazards and provide practical and effective HSE solutions. Furthermore, the individual should have a strong understanding of pressurized systems, electrical safety hazards, fire safety, work at heights, ergonomics and all pertinent HSE laws and regulations. Proficiency in these HSE areas is vital to meet the performance expectations associated with this role.
