As Expert A2P & Digital Communications, you will manage and evolve platforms powered by integrated delivery channels, driven by first-party data to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes.

This role reports directly to the Stream Head A2P & Digital Platforms.

What does the Expert A2P & Digital Communications do?

We are looking for a leader with techno-commercial expertise in digital marketing platforms, integrated delivery channels, first-party data, and their underlying technologies. You will be responsible for managing the business portfolio, focusing on product innovation, strategy, and P&L management. Familiarity with local and international market trends is critical, alongside a proven ability to work independently in managing business portfolios with financial accountability. The role demands strong analytical skills, structured documentation, and excellent presentation abilities.
