Our Team & You
As part of the Pre-sales / Customer Engagement Team, we deal with internal customers direct Sales & Account Managers and external customer i.e. existing or new. The customers may belong to Multinational, local large and small enterprises or SoHo. We along with Jazz Business Consultants, engage them to understand their technical[AK1] [AK2]  requirements that helps us to prepare a technical solution that fulfills their business need. Jazz B2B portfolio covers Cloud, Security, long-haul & short-haul medium including last mile solutions covering layer-2 or Layer-3 IP & IPMPLS & IOT. So, Presales / Customer Engagement team support channels to meet their sales targets.
We strongly aim at bringing on board a team member well-versed with the Fixed & Mobile networks, having strong knowledge of Cloud, IP networks & transmission networks, must have relevant certification of CCNP, JNCIP, HCIE at least and must have hands-on experience of minimum 5 years. The individual must demonstrate good presentation skills and fluent in English & Urdu.
What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
.         Understand the working structure of Pre-sales / Customer Engagement team.
.         Meet with Sales Channels and understand their working structure.
.         Understand the product offerings of Jazz (at least 3 products ES Catalogue).  
.         Understand the workflows to process & propose solutions of the products that are learnt.
Within 60 days, you will:
.         Understand the product offerings of Jazz (all ES catalogue products). 
.         Understand the workflows to process & propose solutions of the products that are learnt (3 ES catalogue products).
.         Participate in customer meetings and present Jazz offerings (3 products that was learnt) to customers.
.         Meet with Service delivery team and understand their working.
.         Understand Service delivery procedure of closed leads.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
.         Learn all product offering of Jazz (complete portfolio fixed and GSM segment)
.         Learn complete fixed network infrastructure & topology for fixed solution design.
.         Understand tools that are used in fixed side feasibility checks.
.         Understand the working structure of ZTE teams that are involved in feasibility check process.
.         Understand and meet vendors of ES products.
.         Understand and evaluate the CRs for ES products.

 A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in the fields of IP network technologies, Transmission, Wireless P2P. Metro Ethernet, IP SEC VPNs, GSM technologies etc. The individual should have prudence on communication & presentation skills, and relationship management skills, along with CCNA, CCNP or equivalent; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.
A bit about us:
Pre-sales / Customer Engagement team is subdivision of Solutions & Service Delivery team and part of Business Service Division. The team is responsible to manage customer engagement and solution design; which contains
1)     Meeting with customer to get their requirements & expectations.
2)     Guide customer about Jazz product offerings and give consultancy to them on how Jazz products can fulfill their need to support them.
3)     Design the solution document, prepare BoQ / Cost associated with it.
The structure of the team you will join is:
.         A 28-member team (including HOD) with 03 divisional teams.
.         You will be part of Pre-sales / Customer Engagement team based in Islamabad and reporting to Manager Customer Engagement / Pre-sales.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
.         Present product offerings of Jazz to customers and help channels to add them in revenue streams.
.         Design solutions as per customer requirement and build costing on proposed solution.
The candidate will work closely with internal Services & Solution Delivery team, Sales Channels, Technical teams for designing of solution according to customer needs.
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results:
.         Designing solutions for external customers.
.         Meetings with external customers to add them in revenue stream.
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have:
.         Understanding of internal department structure[AK3] .
.         Teams involved in day-to- day operations.
.         Workflow that Pre-sales/ Customer Engagement team is following for proposing solutions.
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have:
.         MS Office (Word, ppt and Excel in particular) MS Visio
.         CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, HCIE certified or hands- on experience on IP Network or transmission network.
Essential skills must have:
Must have hands on experience on IP Networks & Technologies.
Sound knowledge of Transmission Network.
Must be Cisco Certified CCNA and CCNP or equivalent
Must have excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills
Ability to influence others and derive favorable results
