What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
. Go through the company’s on boarding process which includes orientation program
. Understand culture at Jazz Business segment; meet team members
. Understanding of how you fit in the Business to Government Model
. Understanding of market dynamics and familiarize yourself with accounts in the Government sector
. Liaison with Point of Contacts in Government sector and understand Compliance policies
. Understanding of daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans/reports overview and submission process
. Prepare Sales Pipeline, Sales prospect segment wise list & submit monthly progress
-Within 60 days, you will:
. Move within tagged Government Departments for revenue growth, complaint handling (after sales), Retention & hunting of new accounts for revenue generation purpose on daily basis
. Seek out new growth opportunities within existing accounts, Portfolio Management
. Develop relations in regional portfolio for revenue growth and selling new products
. Perform physical visits in accounts resolve their issues, manage their churn and recover the bad debts
. Deliver innovative solutions and ensure a superior customer experience for government accounts
. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
. Participation in the tenders and generating market insight
. Present proactive and creative ideas for new flagship in Business to Government
. Achieving overall revenue target, all revenue streams including GSM, Fixed, M2M, DFS/IOT, Cloud
. Liaison with Marketing, Operation, Channel Planning and Fulfillment teams for tailored plans specific to the customer’s requirement and further maturing the lead with contract finalization
. Work closely with Product development team to provide customized Solutions to various Government clients according to their business requirement

We are looking for specific candidate who is dynamic, motivated and specifically speed up data business, devices, candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to management & Government customers. Truly competent who have clear understanding related to business requirement for his further growth. Must have excellent market orientation and strong rapport in the Government Sector at local level for which this position is being announced.

At Business to Government, we sell various GSM, Fixed, M2M/IOT, DFS and Cloud Solutions within and outside our assigned portfolio in Government Institutes, nurture them, grow them and retain them.
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be the part of Business to Government (B2G) that is sub part of Jazz Business Department. South B2G team has work force of 6 members reporting including Business Managers and Jazz Business Consultants. This position reports to Head of B2G and is based in Karachi (South Region).
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
. Developing strategy and plan for South region which includes Sindh and Balochistan
. Monitoring provincial government focus areas and as well digital opportunities
To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requires
. The ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Government Clients, Partnerships (Public and Private)
. The ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Jazz Business Departments, CRA, Administration, HR, DFS and Commercial
The three (03) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
. Value addition in existing business
. Exploring un/under tapped areas
. Highly focus on DFS, IoT and Cloud business opportunities
The three (03) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
. Telecom industry selling experience in Government sector especially internet / data related products, GSM based solution, fixed connectivity, Cloud and DFS Solution (mWallets)
. Direct Sales experience preferably in Internet / Data related services & GSM based solution, IOT Solution, Cloud and DFS
. Candidate must have experience in heading regional portfolio management & business development
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
. Fixed voice and data connectivity
. Digital financial solutions
Essential skills must have:
