What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team
Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team.
Develop understanding of JazzCash product, pricing, processes and overall value proposition offered for business partners
Develop understanding of Market dynamics, your targets and current partnerships in your Region
Within 60 days, you will:
Get to know your relevant stakeholders e.g. Products, Bank and Jazz Business
Build pipeline of prospective customers for JazzCash corporate solution
Establish relationship with customers already onboarded in your region
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
You will spend most of your time searching for new partners, locking the deals and handing over to onboarding team to bring them to aboard.
You will track against aggressive but achievable sales targets and rewarded accordingly.
You will keep a consistent relationship with all your customers to ensure partners live up to their potential and business remains healthy.
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll-out within partnerships/sales business.
Prior experience of digital banking/Mobile money & corporate sales will be an added advantage.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to evangelize use of cashless payments to people and businesses. The individual should have sound communication skills; these skills are key to meet the performance expectations for this role that require creating pitches and comprehensive communications and is well connected with the network.
A Bit About Us:
The Corporate & Digital Partnerships team is part of the Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Department within the Digital Financial Services Division. The team is responsible for managing Corporate & Digital Partnerships portfolio at Jazz.
The structure of the team you will join is:
· A 06-member team (including the department head)
· You will be part of a 03-member sub-team reporting to Head of Corporate & Digital Partnerships
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· Selling disbursement products
· Selling collection products
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Building a comprehensive pipeline
Aligning team and value chain to sell standard and scalable solutions
The three (02) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
Digital tools for communication
Experience with using mobile money apps
