What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products.
Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team and develop a synergy for seamless execution.
Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team.
Develop understanding of working relationships with RMs SME Business, Enterprise Executives, SME Product Team, MMBL, Legal and marketing team members for solution designing and customize proposal requirements to equip regional sales team.
Develop understanding of Merchant onboarding, wallet acquisition, execution, necessary legal documentation to be required from the SMEs to get them onboarded.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Start gathering requirements for ongoing and upcoming initiatives of potential SME Business and determine how to increase efficiency of merchant on boarding and wallet acquisition.
Work with regional SME business managers to ensure smooth onboarding on channel partners, merchants and wallet acquisitions etc.
Develop standardized proposals along with commercials and standard agreements in collaboration with products, pricing and bank team.
Work with Products, Technical/PD & Bank team to ensure dedicated profiling / tagging of SME clients
Develop processes to ensure streamlined reporting SME clients, merchants on boarding and wallet acquisition.
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Be responsible for overall Digital Financial Services (DFS) SME Business Operations at cross-functional levels with internal/external stakeholders and take full ownership of reporting needs related to SME Business.
Develop standardized reports and dashboards for weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually reporting and ensure visibility at all levels.
Develop standard service level agreements (SLAs) with all the internal & external stakeholders and process mapping of all on ground activations.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with regulations.
Conduct nationwide trainings related to product and process awareness too internal and external stakeholders
Design sales tool kit for all SME Business Channels (internal & external)
Design & Develop POS material for SME Business Channel (internal & external)
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning, operations and process to roll out of DFS related business. Prior experience of relevant field will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess innovative and energetic approach towards your work. Should be bold and confident to handle all operational matters and Able to work under pressure and provide full support to SME Business Team to meet aggressive targets. He should be a team player with a passion to build financial services portfolio. The incumbent should be well versed in Digital Financial Services back end operations, processes, banking standards and excellent product knowledge.
 
A Bit About Us:
The SME Business Team is part of the DFS-Channel Department within the DFS Division. The team is responsible for managing DFS SME Business portfolio at Jazz.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 42 members team (including the department head) with 7 sub teams
·       You will be part of a 6 members sub-team reporting to Head of DFS SME Business.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       First priority of the team is to achieve assign KPI’s targets (Wallet Acquisitions & Merchant Onboarding)
·       Second priority of the team to enable and create new channels within Jazz and equip them for DFS business

The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
·       JazzCash has evolved as a one stop shop for SME Business sector with over 800 E-Merchants which is the largest portfolio of branchless banking industry in Pakistan.
·       QR Merchant Onboarding and Wallet Acquisition have been prime tasks of the team and renowned retail chains have already been onboarded.
