What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
. Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
. Meet relevant stakeholders for devices team e.g. pricing, segments, data scientists, BI, etc.
. Develop understanding of how CVM works at Jazz
. Develop understanding of existing CVM frameworks
. Develop understanding of BI tools and data science capabilities
Within 60 days, you will:
. Take charge of the assigned tasks
. Build rapport with stakeholders and work alongside them to achieve company goals
. Strive for continuous improvement in both the processes and the outcome
. Contribute in the development and use of data science models for campaigns
. Identify opportunities for improvement
. Suggested improvements to campaigns and achieve the goal given
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
. Become responsible for the portfolio’s targets
. Become part of the team leading the transition from conventional CVM to contextual marketing
. Rethink the CVM strategy & frameworks to develop contextual marketing propositions
. Will be independently executing CVM tasks

We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in customer value management or segments & pricing but is not afraid to rethink. We are looking for someone who is not constrained by conventional marketing experiences and practices. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to experiment; someone who can re-imagine CVM in the digital sphere; someone with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering new and unique marketing propositions.
A bit about us:
CVM team is part of the Analytics & Insights Department within Commercial. The team is solely responsible for Customer Value Management, contextual marketing and targeting customers with micro-segmented campaigns at Jazz.
The structure of the team you will join is:
. A 16-member team (including the department head) all reporting to the Head of CVM
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
. Manage conventional CVM activities of the assigned portfolio
. Develop contextual marketing propositions for the assigned portfolio in particular and entire subscriber base in general
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
. Design and development of contextual marketing use cases
. Focus on building campaigns that delivers instant gratification
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
. Campaign Management Tool Experience
. Product Development
. Reporting & Business Analysis
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
. Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
. BI – MicroStrategy/TeraData SQL ( would be preferred )
. Knack of learning tech tools
