What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
.        Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
.        Meet with the technology team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map.
.        Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team.
.        Develop basic system understanding, SOP and processes knowledge.
.        Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz philosophy and frameworks.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:

.        Develop the basic understanding of current ongoing projects
.        Develop the confidence required to carry out tasks independently
.        Take ownership and ensure timely closure of tasks.
.        Remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and up sell value added services offered by the company
.        Ensure proper behaviour/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company.
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
.        Master ongoing projects like Fibre & new sites rollout, technology upgrades and perform successful closures.
.        Lead initial site selection visits, preparing BoQs, and managing required civil works for Fibre sections / sites.
.        Conduct site acceptance exercise, resolving issues and successful handing over of sites / Fibre sections to relevant teams.  
.        Liaison with vendors and authorities (NHA, FWO, TMAs etc.) for smooth execution of projects.
.        Hands-on experience on Fibre deployment (buried / aerial), FTTS projects, BSS & MW projects, site maintenance and civil works.
.        Take initiatives for process improvement and identify loopholes for increased efficiency.
.        Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution.
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for a self-driven candidate who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll out within telecom business. Prior experience of network rollout including Fibre deployment will be an added advantage.
 
We are looking for someone who has the ability to deliver quality work under time constrained project scope. The individual should have sound communication and interpersonal skills; these skills are key to meet the performance expectations for this role. Since our work spans complete provinces of Sindh, Baluchistan and some part of Southern Punjab, we are looking for someone who is willing to travel as per project requirements.
 
A Bit About Us:
The Rollout team is part of the Network Deployment Department within the Technology Division. The team is responsible for managing network rollout & modernization portfolio at Jazz.
The structure of the team you will join is:
.        You will be part of a 08-member sub-team reporting to Rollout Manager.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
.        Successful completion of all projects and tasks within timelines.
.        Create a culture that supports the transformation agenda by embedding values’ based behaviors in our ways of work.
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
.        New Sites Rollout
.        LTE upgrades including technology and bandwidth
The three (03) must- have past experiences the candidate should have.
.        Vendor & Project Management
.        Strong Analytical & Communication Skills
.        Network rollout, civil works, Fibre deployment experience
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
.        MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
.        AutoCAD
