What is Expert Channel Analysis, Performance & Insights?
This role will be responsible for deep-dive analysis of JazzCash channels for continuous improvement. The individual will be responsible for developing dashboards aligning various KPI’s, working on market studies to come up with ideas to measure post-product launch impacts and proactively propose measures to improve quality of sales.
The role reports directly to Manager Channel Automation, Products, and Incentives with an extended team of 04 team members
What does Expert Channel Analysis, Performance & Insights do?
- Execute channel analysis, performance, and incentive plans for JazzCash in line with channel strategy
- Prepare Channel forecasts and foresee the challenges and its impact on business; suggesting ways to overcome these challenges
- Closely coordinate with BI team to get customer insights and channel trends
- Responsible for operational reporting and management visibility against team KPIs for internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for developing and implementing commissioning and related strategies for channels
- Competition and market insights for products and coordination with Channel teams to address critical issues.
- Highlight areas of improvement in channel promos for effective engagement
- Work with Data Analytics, Business Intelligence teams to develop performance evaluation criteria
- Work with consumer, retail, and ADC’s teams to develop KPI reporting and financial models
- Prepare analysis of overall channel (ADC’s, B2C) and application of performance prototypes
- Develop reporting dashboard in close liaison with BI and analytics
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for Management
- Develop promos that generate interest and ensuring uptake of promos with alignment of all stakeholders
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform analysis as per management requirement
- Execution and quantification of new Products uptake in placement with forecasting

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Channel Analysis, Performance & Insights?
- 3-6 years’ relevant work experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Sciences or relevant discipline
- Someone who has delivered on commercial channel planning and has prior experience of generating actionable insights from data
- Aptitude for seeing solutions in data sets. The role will work closely with Channel’s Management team for developing dashboards and applying analytical techniques to interpret key findings
- Business acumen to balance growth while understanding ground level challenges
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance analysis modelling, and budgeting
- Detailed knowledge of Channel Strategy Dimensions, thorough knowledge of analytics
- Proficient in Data analytics, Microsoft Office Suit
- Problem solving, decision making skills and should be a good team player
