Job Title: Intern – Service Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

·        Draft scopes of work (SoW) and project briefs based on initial inputs.

·        Assist in documenting key deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.

·        Support project reporting, follow-ups, and communication.

·        Help with tasks like making simple presentations.

·        Assist in reviewing agreements and supporting documents for accuracy and consistency.

·        Assist in coordinating with different teams and keeping everyone on track.

·        Prepare meeting notes and help with follow-ups.

·        Support any general project-related work as needed.

Requirements:

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Good organizational and time management abilities.

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Ability to follow instructions

·        Willingness to learn and take initiative.

·        Be organized and responsible with your work.
