What is Expert Ethics & Compliance?

We are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Expert who will ensure the compliance safeguards in all contracts and sanctions screening of customers/partners. The role will also work closely with different functions for conducting periodic compliance risk assessment activities.

To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional, carrying positive attitude and demonstrating strong ethical values. The role reports directly to Ethics & Compliance Manager and will work in collaboration with existing Ethics and Compliance team members.

What does Expert Ethics & Compliance do?

• Review of legal contracts related to business partners and corporate customers from compliance perspective. Provide support to Legal and business team for mitigating compliance through contract terms.
• Carry out monthly screening of newly engaged corporate customers and business partners against international sanctions and local restricted parties lists. Data analysis on screened entities and action tracking on sanction alerts.
• Support in conducting periodic assessment of data with respect different compliance hallmarks to measure the effectiveness of compliance control framework.
• Conducting compliance trainings of risk exposed functions/employees.
• Identification of risk, provide solutions and mitigating the risk.

• 5+ years of experience in the fields of Legal, Finance or Contract Management.
• Proficient at report writing and analysis.
• Good data analytics & mining.
• Business knowledge, eager to learn new things.
• Strong team player, solution orientated.
• Inquisitive and detailed oriented.
• Customer conscious.
• Tech-savvy and well versed with MS Office.
• Relationship builder with a collaborative approach.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• The person should be willing to travel different to regions on need basis and as per business requirement (T&G).
