What is Network Supervision specialist?

Network Supervision specialist is responsible for Transport network monitoring covering Microwave, Optical, IP, FIX Customers in 24*7 shifts

The role reports directly to the Manager Transmission Supervision with an extended team of 16 team members

What does Network Supervision specialist do?

• Hands on experience on Huawei and Ericsson MW, Optical & IP nodes.
• Proactive Analysis/ good troubleshooting & analytical skills.
• Ensure Network L1 support to Nationwide operational field teams.
• Handling Nationwide activities (Roll out/ND/Operations).
• Highlighting and identifying network fault, follow up till closure

Requirements

• Fresh or 1-2 Years of experience, Holds BS Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics degree.
• Must have excellent Microsoft office skills, IP Certification i.e. CCNA, CCNP will be added advantage.
• Must have excellent communication skills and able to promote the department and technology portfolio with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints and last but not the least, candidate must be a good team player.
