Job Role: Expert Reporting & Analysis

Develop business performance reports by keeping in mind the locked business targets, build insights based on monthly revenue trends and identify gaps, he/she needs to develop insights via using analytical tools and develop automated dashboards reflecting the new techniques like tableau & other visual tools

The role reports directly to the Stream Head reporting & analysis with an extended team of 2 team members

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

• Build Dashboards via tableau &other visual tools/techniques to create an efficient work environment
• Support to develop the performance management reports for all channels
• Align visibility & productivity Reports as per targets locked with the channels
• Manage the database system while using SQL/Oracle or another relational database
• Analyze monthly business trends and build a descriptive analysis for effective business decisions
• Support to channels in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various reporting data regarding Overall and product-level revenues
• Responsible for ensuring an end to end revenue closing as per Bill Run by keeping in mind Completeness, Accuracy, and Validity of all data analytics
• Answer business questions raised by stakeholders, including drivers for Users/Revenue, What-If, Cause-Effect, etc.
• Conduct Monthly forums with channels and discuss the performance & improvement area’s
• Look out for new areas for analytics to enhance analytics scope

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills, Strong command on SQL/tableau & new techniques which helps to develop dashboards and data extraction to build conclusive analysis, delivered on challenging tasks and has taken end to end responsibility from data compilation till reports delivery, in addition, we are looking for strong stakeholder management skills to manage all business queries and build a combined view as per defined policies & procedures.Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in the telecom industry on similar position will be an added advantage.

An ideal candidate should have Bachelors's/master’s degree in computer sciences/Statistics/Business, and below skills are key to meeting the performance expectations for this role.

- Develop Data structures to build channel monthly performance reports

- SQL/Oracle for data extractions & query writing

- Expertise in the relational databases management system

- Expert level experience of MS Office specially Excels & PowerPoint

- Strong Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and draw business conclusive insights

- Expert in business modeling of complex scenarios

- Expert in Stakeholders Management to Handle Business queries

- Expert in designing promos and execution

- Hands-on experience in process automation/simplification

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Enhanced Presentation skills

- Negotiation, conflict management, decision making and problem-solving

The must-have past experiences the candidate should have.

• Must have worked on a position involving “Performance Management Reports”
• Must have experience in complex business modeling
• Must have experience in designing performance/ Business Analytics – SQL language
• Must have the experience of conflict resolution among stakeholders
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its products (Mobile and Fixed Solutions)
