The role reports directly to the Franchise Service Planning Manager and has 0 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 2 team members
What does Expert Channel Performance do?
Key responsibilities
- Development and implementation of franchisee-specific targets and ensure smooth working in franchises.
- Report periodic updates around the services channel in line with the targets while sharing key recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Drive challenging projects
- Drive customer centricity to ensure the best service
- Tracking of new product performance results and implementing actions to address any gaps in performance
- Should be skilled in the policies and procedures.
- Need excellent interpersonal abilities, basic business skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Process improvements & innovations
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal/external business partners: franchises, planning and commercial, B2B and CX teams
- Ability to anticipate and manage the resolution of complex issues
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
Key Deliverables
- Customer NPS & Customer Experience Improvement at Franchise & Business Centers
- Daily reporting to channel on all KPIs
- Timely processing of channel & employee commissions
- Coordination & support with stakeholders on operational challenges/issues
- Experience Gaps analysis & improvement projects
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of Telecom experience with minimum 1 year of channel planning Experience
- Must have worked in Customer experience field previously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Management Systems
- Strong communication, organizational, operational and people skills
- Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic self-started
- Excellent presentation skills
